As part of your work with The Glaeser Group, you may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information. You agree to protect the following:

Client financials, invoices, contracts, or payment records

Private communications with clients or team members

Social media, website, analytics, or brand account credentials

Content drafts, project outlines, internal branding strategies

Business models, sales funnels, and client/vendor databases

Any non-public information obtained during the course of your work

You agree not to share, copy, replicate, or distribute this information outside of your assigned duties. This obligation remains in effect even after your role with The Glaeser Group ends.

While contracted, employed, or interning with The Glaeser Group, you agree to the following:

You will not offer, promote, or perform freelance services that are the same or similar to the services provided by The Glaeser Group—this includes but is not limited to branding, marketing, copywriting, web development, or consulting—for any other client, brand, or business.

You will not solicit or accept work from any current or former client of The Glaeser Group for the duration of your work and for six (6) months after your engagement ends, without written approval.

You will not start, promote, or work under a business that competes with The Glaeser Group’s client base or core services during your time on the team.

Exceptions may be made with prior written consent from Marlana Glaeser.

As an independent contractor or intern with The Glaeser Group, you understand and agree to the following:

You will be compensated according to the terms agreed upon in writing prior to the start of each project or assignment.

You are not an employee of The Glaeser Group and therefore are not eligible for employee benefits such as health insurance, unemployment insurance, or paid time off.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, and local taxes related to any compensation received. This includes but is not limited to income taxes and self-employment taxes.

The Glaeser Group will not withhold any taxes on your behalf. You may receive a 1099 form at year-end if your earnings meet the legal reporting threshold.

You agree to text messaging (within your work hours), in addition to email. If you choose to opt out of texting amongst team members, please submit an email with written request.

By signing below, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined above. You acknowledge that violation of this agreement may result in termination and/or legal action.
